The onsemi MiniGate™ NL17SG86DFT2G is a single-channel, 2-input XOR logic gate. This compact SC-88A (SC-70-5/SOT-353) surface-mount device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 0.9V to 3.6V. It features a maximum propagation delay of 4.7ns at 3.3V with a 30pF load capacitance and exhibits low quiescent current of 500 nA. Typical output drive capability is 8mA for both high and low states. Input logic levels are specified between 0.7V to 0.8V for low and 1.7V to 2V for high.
