The onsemi 7WP series NC7WP14L6X is a dual 2-input Schmitt-trigger inverter with a 6-MicroPak surface-mount package. This logic gate offers a wide operating voltage range from 0.9V to 3.6V, with low quiescent current of 900 nA maximum.
