The onsemi MM74HC132N is a high-speed CMOS logic NAND gate featuring four independent 2-input gates. This device incorporates Schmitt trigger inputs on each gate, providing hysteresis for improved noise immunity and signal conditioning. Designed for operation across a 2V to 6V supply voltage range, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 21ns at 6V with a 50pF load. Quiescent current is a minimal 2 µA.
