The onsemi 74VHC series MC74VHC14DR2 is a high-speed CMOS hex Schmitt-trigger inverter. This device features six independent inverter gates, each with a Schmitt-trigger input for enhanced noise immunity. Operating over a supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 10.6ns at 5V with a 50pF load. The output current capabilities are 8mA for both high and low states.
