The onsemi 74VHC series MC74VHC00MELG is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2-Input NAND Gate. This device offers low static quiescent current of 2 µA maximum and operates over a wide voltage range of 2V to 5.5V. With a typical propagation delay of 7.5ns at 5V and 50pF, it is suitable for high-performance digital logic applications. Each of the four independent NAND gates features two inputs and a standard SOEIAJ-14 package for surface mounting. The input logic levels are 1.5V for high and 0.5V for low, ensuring robust signal integrity. Output drive capability is 8mA for both high and low states.
