The onsemi 74LCX series MC74LCX06DTR2 is a high-performance, low-voltage CMOS hex inverter featuring open-drain output buffers. Designed for operation across a 2V to 3.6V supply range, this device offers a maximum propagation delay of 3.7ns at 3.3V with a 50pF load. Each of the six inverter circuits has a single input and supports output currents of up to 24mA when low. The quiescent current is a minimal 10 µA. Input logic levels are specified from 0.7V to 0.8V for low and 1.7V to 2V for high.
