The onsemi MC74HC1G14DFT2 is a single-channel Schmitt trigger inverter from the 74HC series. This CMOS logic device offers a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and features a low quiescent current of 1 µA. With a maximum propagation delay of 17ns at 6V and 50pF, it is suitable for high-speed applications.
