onsemi MC74HC03AN is a high-speed CMOS logic NAND gate IC. This device features four independent 2-input NAND gates, each with open-drain outputs. The MC74HC03AN operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, with a maximum propagation delay of 20ns at 6V with a 50pF load. Input thresholds are specified for both high (1.5V to 4.2V) and low (0.5V to 1.8V) logic levels. Quiescent current is a minimal 1µA.
