The onsemi MC14093BDTR2 is a quadruple 2-input NAND Schmitt-trigger gate IC from the 4000B series. This device offers high noise immunity and symmetrical voltage transfer characteristics. Each of the four independent gates features two inputs and one output. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V. Typical output current capabilities are 8.8mA for both high and low states. Quiescent current is a minimal 1 µA. Input logic levels are specified from 0.9V to 4V for low and 3.6V to 10.8V for high. Maximum propagation delay is 80ns at 15V with a 50pF load. The MC14093BDTR2 is supplied in a 14-TSSOP surface-mount package and is suitable for industrial and consumer electronics applications. It is provided in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging.
