The onsemi MC14082BCP is a dual 4-input AND gate from the 4000B series. This CMOS device offers a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 18V, with a quiescent current of 1 µA maximum. Each of the two independent gates features four inputs, enabling complex logic configurations. The MC14082BCP supports input logic levels from 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high.
