The onsemi MC14023BDR2 is a high-speed CMOS 4000B series triple 3-input NAND gate. This device offers excellent noise immunity and low power consumption, with a quiescent current of just 1 µA. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V. Each of the three independent NAND gates features three inputs. Typical propagation delay is 100 ns at 15V with a 50pF load. Output drive capability is 8.8mA for both high and low states. Input logic levels are compatible with TTL over the specified voltage range, with low input levels requiring 1.5V to 4V and high input levels requiring 3.5V to 11V.
