onsemi's 4000B Series CD4075BCN is a triple 3-input OR gate IC. This CMOS device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 15V, with typical quiescent current of 1 µA. Each gate features three inputs and one output, designed for high noise immunity. Input logic levels are specified from 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high.
