onsemi CD4011BCN is a 4000B series Quad 2-input NAND Gate IC. This device features four independent NAND gates, each with two inputs. The CD4011BCN operates across a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 15V. Typical quiescent current is a low 1 µA. Maximum propagation delay is specified at 70ns at 15V with a 50pF load.
