The onsemi 74VHC14MX is a high-speed CMOS hex Schmitt-trigger inverter. This device features six independent inverter gates, each with a single input and a Schmitt-trigger input characteristic, providing superior noise immunity. Operating across a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, the 74VHC14MX offers typical output drive of 8mA at both high and low states, with a low quiescent current of just 2 µA. Propagation delay is minimized, with a maximum of 10.6ns at 5V and 50pF. The input logic levels are defined with a high threshold between 2.2V and 3.85V and a low threshold between 0.9V and 1.65V. Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154" width) surface-mount form factor and supplied on tape and reel, this component is suitable for applications in industrial control, automotive systems, and general digital logic. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
