The onsemi 74LCX38MX is a 74LCX series NAND gate integrated circuit featuring four independent 2-input gates. Each gate is configured with an open-drain output, capable of sourcing 24mA when the output is low. This device operates over a supply voltage range of 2V to 3.6V, with typical input logic low levels at 0.7V to 0.8V and input logic high levels between 1.7V and 2V. The maximum propagation delay is specified at 5ns at 3.3V with a 50pF capacitive load. With a quiescent current of 10µA (max), the 74LCX38MX is suitable for applications in consumer electronics and industrial automation. It is supplied in a 14-SOIC surface mount package.
