The onsemi 74HC series MC74HC74AFELG is a dual D-type flip-flop, each with independent Set and Reset capabilities. This high-speed CMOS device features positive edge triggering for data latching. With a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, it offers a typical clock frequency of 35 MHz and a maximum propagation delay of 17ns at 6V with a 50pF load.
