The onsemi DM7476N is a dual JK-type flip-flop IC from the 7400 series. Each of the two independent flip-flop elements provides 1-bit data storage with a complementary output. Featuring preset and reset functionality, these flip-flops are designed for positive edge triggering. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and has a maximum clock frequency of 15 MHz. Propagation delay is rated at 40ns at 5V with a 15pF load.
