The onsemi 74LCX74M is a dual, positive edge-triggered D-type flip-flop. Each element features independent set and reset capabilities. This 1-bit per element device operates from a 2V to 3.6V supply with a maximum clock frequency of 150 MHz. With complementary outputs, it offers 24mA drive capability for both high and low states. The surface mount 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) package is suitable for applications in telecommunications and industrial automation. Input capacitance per pin is rated at 7 pF.
