NXP USA Inc. 74HC series 74HC2G00GD-125 is a dual 2-input NAND gate IC. This high-speed CMOS device offers a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V and operates with a maximum propagation delay of 7ns at 6V with a 50pF load. Each of the two independent NAND gates features 2-input functionality. Quiescent current is a maximum of 20 µA. Output drive capability is 5.2mA for both high and low states. Input logic levels are defined from 0.5V to 1.8V for low and 1.5V to 4.2V for high. The 8-XSON (2x3) package is suitable for surface mount applications.
