Nexperia's 74HC138D-652 is a high-speed CMOS decoder/demultiplexer. This 1-of-8 decoder features a single 1-to-8 line decoding capability, controlled by three binary select inputs (A, B, C) and enabled by an active-low (G1) or active-high (G2A, G2B) enable input. All three enable inputs must be in their proper state for the decoder to function. The device accepts a single power supply voltage ranging from 2V to 6V. It delivers 5.2mA at both high and low output current levels.
