Nexperia USA Inc. 74HC series 74HC164D-652 is an 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register. This high-speed CMOS device features two serial data inputs (A and B) that can be used serially or in a wire-AND configuration for cascaded expansion. The device outputs an 8-bit parallel data word upon receipt of eight clock pulses.
