Nexperia USA Inc. HEF4069UBTT-112 is a 4000B series CMOS Hex Inverter. This device features six independent inverter gates, each with a single input. The HEF4069UBTT-112 operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 15V. Input logic levels are compatible with TTL as well as CMOS levels, with low input logic levels specified from 1V to 2.5V and high input logic levels from 4V to 12.5V.
