Nexperia USA Inc. HEF4011BT-652 is a quad 2-input NAND gate from the 4000B series. This CMOS device offers a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 15V and features a low quiescent current of 1 µA (max). Each of the four independent NAND gates supports a maximum propagation delay of 35ns at 15V with a 50pF load capacitance. Input logic levels are specified as 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high. The component provides an output current capability of 3.4mA for both high and low states.
