Wolfspeed, Inc. Z-Rec® Series CVFD20065A is a Silicon Carbide Schottky diode designed for high-performance applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-220-2 package, features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 650 V and an average rectified forward current of 57 A. With a forward voltage drop of 1.45 V at 20 A and a reverse leakage of 80 µA at 650 V, it offers excellent efficiency. The diode boasts a zero reverse recovery time, contributing to faster switching speeds. Operating across a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, the CVFD20065A is suitable for power factor correction, power supplies, and industrial motor drives.
