The Wolfspeed, Inc. Z-Rec® C3D10170H is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode with a maximum DC reverse voltage of 1700 V and an average rectified current capability of 14.4 A. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-247-2 package, features a low forward voltage drop of 2 V at 10 A and exhibits no reverse recovery time for currents exceeding 500 mA. Its capacitance at 0V and 1MHz is 827 pF, with a reverse leakage current of 60 µA at 1700 V. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
