Vishay Vitramon VJ High Q series ceramic capacitor, part number VJ0805Q1R8DEAAO. This 0805 (2012 Metric) MLCC offers 1.8 pF capacitance with a tight ±0.5 pF tolerance and a 50V rating. Engineered with C0G (NP0) dielectric, it provides excellent temperature stability and low loss characteristics, maintaining its performance across an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The VJ0805Q1R8DEAAO features high Q performance and is suitable for epoxy mounting.
