Vishay Vitramon VJ High Q series ceramic capacitor, part number VJ0805Q150FFAAI. This 0805 (2012 Metric) MLCC offers 15 pF capacitance with a tight ±1% tolerance and a 50V voltage rating. Engineered with C0G (NP0) dielectric, it provides excellent temperature stability and low dielectric loss, making it suitable for demanding RF, microwave, and high-frequency applications. The high Q factor and low loss characteristics are critical for signal integrity in these sensitive circuits.
