Vishay Vitramon VJ High Q series VJ0603Q390JXAAP is a 39 pF ±5% ceramic capacitor rated for 50V. This MLCC features a C0G/NP0 temperature coefficient, ensuring excellent stability across its -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range.
