Vishay Vitramon VJ High Q series ceramic capacitor, part number VJ0603Q220GEAAO. This 0603 (1608 Metric) MLCC offers 22 pF capacitance with a tight ±2% tolerance and a 50V rating. Designed with C0G (NP0) dielectric, it provides excellent temperature stability and low insertion loss, making it suitable for demanding RF, microwave, and high-frequency applications.
