Vishay Vitramon VJ High Q series ceramic capacitor, part number VJ0603Q100FEAAO. This 0603 (1608 Metric) MLCC features a 10 pF capacitance with a tight ±1% tolerance, designed for 50V operation. Its C0G/NP0 dielectric provides excellent temperature stability and low dissipation factor, making it ideal for high-frequency applications.
