Vishay Siliconix ThunderFET® SIR624DP-T1-GE3 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 200V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current of 18.6A (Tc) at 25°C. The SIR624DP-T1-GE3 offers low on-resistance of 60mOhm maximum at 10A and 10V, with a gate charge (Qg) of 23 nC maximum at 7.5V. Its input capacitance (Ciss) is 1110 pF maximum at 100V. The MOSFET is housed in a PowerPAK® SO-8 surface mount package, enabling efficient thermal management with a maximum power dissipation of 52W (Tc). Suitable for industrial and automotive power systems, this component operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
