The Vishay Siliconix SI7483ADP-T1-GE3 is a P-Channel TrenchFET® power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current capability of 14A at 25°C ambient. With a low on-resistance of 5.7mOhm at 24A and 10V gate drive, it minimizes conduction losses. The PowerPAK® SO-8 package offers excellent thermal performance with a maximum power dissipation of 1.9W. Key specifications include a gate charge of 180 nC at 10V and a gate-source voltage range of ±20V. This component is suitable for use in power management, automotive, and industrial applications where robust power switching is critical. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
