Vishay Siliconix TrenchFET® SI7368DP-T1-GE3 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for demanding power applications. This device features a 20V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) capability of 13A at 25°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 1.7W. The low on-resistance of 5.5mOhm at 20A and 10V gate drive, coupled with a 4.5V gate drive capability, ensures efficient operation. With a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 25 nC at 4.5V, it is suitable for high-frequency switching. The PowerPAK® SO-8 package facilitates efficient thermal management and a compact footprint, making it ideal for power management, automotive, and industrial applications. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
