Vishay Siliconix SI4435BDY-T1-E3 is a P-Channel TrenchFET® power MOSFET designed for efficient power management. This component features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 7A at 25°C ambient temperature, with a maximum power dissipation of 1.5W (Ta). The Rds(on) is specified at a maximum of 20mOhm at 9.1A and 10V Vgs. It operates with a gate-source voltage range of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 3V at 250µA. The device offers a gate charge (Qg) of 70 nC at 10V. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) for surface mounting, this MOSFET is suitable for applications in industrial and automotive sectors.
