Vishay Siliconix IRFR420TRR is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This TO-252-3, DPAK packaged device features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 500V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 2.4A at 25°C (Tc).
