Vishay Siliconix microBUCK® SIC424CD-T1-GE3 is a dual-output power management IC featuring one synchronous step-down (buck) regulator and one linear (LDO) regulator. The synchronous buck converter offers adjustable output voltage from 0.75V to 5.5V with a 6A capability, operating at switching frequencies between 200kHz and 1MHz.
