Vishay Siliconix microBUCK® SIC401BCD-T1-GE3 is a dual-output power management IC featuring a synchronous buck regulator and a linear regulator. The synchronous buck output supports a wide input voltage range of 3V to 17V and delivers up to 15A, with an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5.5V. The integrated linear regulator provides up to 200mA with an adjustable output voltage, down to 0.75V. Both regulators operate with a switching frequency adjustable between 200kHz and 1MHz. This component is housed in a 32-PowerPAK® MLP55-32 package suitable for surface mounting. The SIC401BCD-T1-GE3 is designed for applications in consumer electronics, industrial systems, and data processing. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
