Vishay Siliconix SIC780CD-T1-GE3 is a half-bridge DrMOS power stage designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck converters. This device integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET with a driver in a single PowerPAK® MLP66-40 package. It features a bootstrap circuit and diode emulation for optimized performance. The SIC780CD-T1-GE3 offers a 50A output current capability and operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 18V for the load and 4.5V to 5.5V for the supply.
