Vishay Siliconix SIC778ACD-T1-GE3 is a DrMOS half-bridge driver designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck converters. This component integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET with a driver in a single PowerPAK® MLP66-40 package. It offers a 40A output current capability and features integrated fault protection including over-temperature, shoot-through, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The driver supports PWM interface and includes bootstrap circuitry for efficient high-side switching, along with diode emulation for improved light-load efficiency and a status flag for monitoring. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, it is suitable for load voltages up to 18V. This device is commonly employed in automotive and industrial power supply applications.
