Vishay Siliconix TrenchFET® SI7909DN-T1-E3 is a 12V, 2 P-Channel MOSFET array designed for efficient power management applications. This device offers a maximum continuous drain current of 5.3A per channel at 25°C, with a low Rds(on) of 37mOhm at 7.7A and 4.5V Vgs. Featuring logic-level gate operation, it is optimized for driving with lower gate voltages. The 1.3W power dissipation and compact PowerPAK® 1212-8 Dual surface mount package make it suitable for space-constrained designs.
