Vishay Siliconix SI4561DY-T1-E3 TrenchFET® N/P-Channel MOSFET array offers a 40V drain-to-source voltage rating and continuous drain current capabilities of 6.8A for the N-channel and 7.2A for the P-channel at 25°C. This device features a logic level gate, a maximum Rds(On) of 35.5mOhm at 5A and 10V, and a gate charge (Qg) of 20nC at 10V. With a maximum power dissipation of 3W and 3.3W respectively, it is housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package. The SI4561DY-T1-E3 is suitable for applications in power management, battery protection, and load switching. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
