Vishay Siliconix DG9263DY is a dual single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This surface-mount component features a low on-state resistance of 60 Ohms maximum and channel-to-channel matching of 400 mOhms. Operating over a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V, it offers excellent isolation with crosstalk of -90dB at 1MHz and low leakage current of 100pA maximum.
