The Vishay Siliconix DG613DJ-E3 is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. This component offers a low on-state resistance of 45 Ohms maximum and exhibits excellent channel-to-channel matching with a delta Ron of 2 Ohms. With a -3dB bandwidth of 500MHz and low crosstalk of -87dB at 10MHz, it is suitable for high-frequency signal routing. The DG613DJ-E3 features fast switching times with a typical Ton of 35ns and Toff of 25ns, alongside minimal charge injection of 4pC. Leakage current is specified at a maximum of 250pA.
