Vishay Siliconix DG612DJ-E3 is a quad single-pole, normally open (SPST-NO) analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer features a low on-resistance of 45 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 2 Ohms. It offers a -3dB bandwidth of 500MHz and exhibits excellent crosstalk performance at -87dB at 5MHz. Leakage current is specified at a maximum of 250pA.
