Vishay Siliconix DG611DY-T1-E3 is a quad single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This component features 1:1 multiplexer circuitry with a low on-state resistance of 45 Ohms maximum. It offers a -3dB bandwidth of 500 MHz and exhibits excellent channel isolation with crosstalk rated at -87dB at 5MHz. Charge injection is minimized to 4pC, and off-state leakage current is a maximum of 250pA. Channel-to-channel on-resistance matching is within 2 Ohms.
