Vishay Siliconix DG611DY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration offers a low on-state resistance of 45 Ohm maximum. With a -3dB bandwidth of 500MHz, it is suitable for applications requiring high-frequency signal routing. The device features excellent channel isolation with crosstalk of -87dB at 5MHz and low charge injection of 4pC. Channel-to-channel resistance matching is within 2 Ohm.
