Vishay Siliconix DG445BDY-T1 is a 4-circuit SPST-NO analog switch. This device features a low on-state resistance of 80 Ohms maximum, with minimal charge injection of 1 pC. Designed for precision signal routing, it offers excellent off-state isolation with crosstalk rated at -95 dB at 100 kHz. The DG445BDY-T1 supports single supply operation from 13V to 36V and dual supply operation from ±7V to ±22V. Switching times are specified at 300 ns for turn-on and 200 ns for turn-off. With a channel capacitance of 5 pF (off-state) and a leakage current of 500 pA (max), this component is suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement equipment, and audio signal processing. It is supplied in a 16-SOIC package on tape and reel for surface mounting.
