Vishay Siliconix DG445BDJ is a Quad SPST-NO analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 80 Ohms maximum. This device supports single supply operation from 13V to 36V or dual supplies from ±7V to ±22V. Each of the four circuits offers a 1:1 switch configuration with a typical charge injection of 1pC and channel capacitance of 5pF. Leakage current is minimized at 500pA maximum. The DG445BDJ exhibits excellent off-isolation with -95dB at 100kHz. Switching times are 300ns for turn-on and 200ns for turn-off. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Supplied in a 16-DIP (0.300") package via tube, this component is suitable for applications in industrial control, instrumentation, and audio signal routing.
