Vishay Siliconix DG444DY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed analog switch. This component features low on-resistance of 85 Ohms maximum, with low leakage current of 500 pA maximum at 25°C. The DG444DY-T1 offers fast switching times of 250 ns (on) and 140 ns (off), and excellent crosstalk attenuation of -100 dB at 1 MHz. Designed for single or dual supply operation, with single supply ranging from 5V to 36V and dual supply from ±5V to ±20V, it is suitable for applications in industrial automation, medical equipment, and test and measurement systems. The device is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package and is delivered on tape and reel.
