Vishay Siliconix DG442LDY-T1 is a quad Single Pole Single Throw, Normally Open (SPST-NO) analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit offers a low on-state resistance of 30 Ohms maximum and exhibits excellent channel-to-channel matching with delta Ron of 100 mOhms. With a -3dB bandwidth of 280MHz and crosstalk of -95dB at 1MHz, it is suitable for precise signal routing in applications such as medical equipment and industrial control systems. The device operates from single supply voltages between 2.7V and 12V, or dual supplies from ±3V to ±6V, with a low leakage current of 1nA maximum. Packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154"", 3.90mm Width) with surface mount technology, the DG442LDY-T1 is supplied on tape and reel.
